I had the privilege of helping produce a beautiful publication for the Yukon Literacy Coalition on the topic of how employees defined a northern employer of choice within the hospitality sector. This booklet shares reflections from workers in the industry and was funded by the Government of Canada as part of a project entitled “Yukon Pathways to Success”, with a focus on newcomers and Yukon First Nations employees. The publication was premiered at a cultural gathering hosted in Carcross, YT, the last weekend of March.
